Refund policy

This release does not charge

There is no payment in the current UI. Creating a practice profile does not start a subscription and does not store a card.

When billing starts

A paid plan will be refundable within 7 days of the first charge if you have not used a paid mock export. Renewal charges will be stated on the invoice before the renewal date.

Week passes, once sold, will be refundable only if the pass was not started. Credit packs will be refundable for unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
