Privacy policy
Updated 14 October 2026
What this release stores
Topic and question pages do not require an account. If you create a practice profile, the name, email, and target role are saved in session storage on this browser.
Progress marks and resume drafts use local storage on this browser. Practice sessions you create in the desk stay in memory until you refresh the page.
What a later API may store
When the API is connected, a session can store the title, role, company, timing, and, only if you leave saving on, the notes you wrote. Turning saving off keeps the session row and drops the note body.
Prep Desk will not sell study notes. You will be able to delete a session from the account that owns it.
What this policy does not claim
Prep Desk is a study product. It does not promise that a window is invisible on a shared screen, in a dock, or to the person on the other side of a call.
